QOITECH IS USING THE LOGISTICAL AND OPERATIONAL SERVICES OF LUZERN TO FULFILL ORDERS. PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ARE SOLD TO YOU BY LUZERN PURSUANT TO CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS WITH QOITECH.

What are the days of delivery?

We deliver workdays. Orders received before 12 pm CET on a workday will be processed the same day. Please note that there are no deliveries executed on holidays in Ireland.

How do I track my order?

If you wish to track your order please refer to your order dispatch email.

What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?

Business Address: This will be left with a member of your company.

Private Address: Delivery on demand service is available to advise a location best for delivery.

Will orders be held at customs?

This is down to the discretion of the customs authorities and something we cannot control. Our local teams will work with your importer to clear any goods.

Will I have to pay import tax?

Except for EU/xxx (Luzern to fill in) customers may incur additional national import fees upon delivery.

How do I return the Product?

Please contact our customer service team at otii-sales@luzernsolutions.com, they will provide you with you individual RMA number & return details.

In what circumstances do I qualify for a return?

You have a 14 day “No Questions asked”” returns policy, after this period you are entitled to a repair/replacement within the warranty period. If you are a consumer we support warranty periods of your national legislation. If you wish to make a return, please notify us by email  (otii-sales@luzernsolutions.com) within 14 days after the day of receipt of the Product(s).
